What do you do to go above and beyond for clients?

I have a concept of “photographer’s favorite” — I only offer standard size images - 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, and so on. Square is not available for sale. But for my thank you, I choose my favorite pic of the day, do a b/w conversion of it and make it absolutely pop, and I will print that on metallic paper at 12x12 square, and sign it. On a little “museum card”, I write out what the photo was about, what was special or unique about it, along with the date/time/location details and give that to them. They can frame it as they wish, or they can do whatever. I have less than $10 in the print, but delivering that is pretty impacting.

But you do video so - I’m that case I might look for a really creative “above and beyond” way to deliver the final product to them.

Look to the photography pro printers for their “boutique packaging” to get an idea of what that entails. A box. With some nice paper to wrap the products in, and tied with a piece of tulle, that sort of thing. But. Then why all that for a USB stick? I’d suggest jazz it up with Some gourmet popcorn, and some chocolate truffles from a local chocolatier. That would not cost a ton but would be a lot more snazzy than an envelope with a thumb drive in it.
