What is extremely rare but people think it's very common?

Also as an immigrant that went through the process I know first hand that that requirement is easily circumvented on religious grounds https://www.uscis.gov/policymanual/HTML/PolicyManual-Volume9-PartC-Chapter3.html

A large portion of immigrants from countries with low vaccination rates use the religious grounds to bypass this requirement.

Coming to America as a rich person may have been your own experience, but it’s not true for everyone. To add wealth has very little to do with the decision to vaccinate. Again that may be the case for you or your country but it’s not the same for the rest of the world. You are giving anecdotal evidence while simultaneously ignoring studies conducted by the CDC and the vaccine waivers. Don’t worry, it’s typical of Reddit to refuse to accept facts that may be against the hive mind realm.
