Wrong. This war is a placeholder for whatever future conflict the government can exploit as a means of giving money to domestic weapons manufacturers. We aren't sending money to Ukraine, we are goving money to the American military industrial complex and sending their products to Ukraine. The sector gives significant campaign contributions to both parties and finds bipartisan support unquestioningly, unlike virtually every other issue you can think of.
