What’s your interesting ideas for a Damphir or Reborn character?

You mean that doesn't fall in line with what they are, or just an interesting character in general?

With how the lineages were presented, specifically the origins, I never gave them more than a glance. It's trying to include so much that isn't what the actual concept is supposed to be. Dhampir don't have to be related to Vampires, Hexbloods aren't even connected to Hags half the time, and Reborn could just be a construct like a Warforged. Reborn and Warforged share so many traits they're almost the same.

A Dhampir could be some kind of powerful being of the Shadowfell cursed into a Humanoid form. Hexblood could be what happens for fucking with the Fey in general. Reborn has 2 origins that are literally "You are a construct covered in Humanoid skin." If you're not going to be a Dhampir, I don't see why you would have an interesting Dhampir character.
