What is the scariest book, nosleep, creepypasta, or otherwise, that you've ever read?

When I was a little kid I walked in on my parents watching An American Werewolf in London. I have no idea what scene it was that did it, but that shit gave me nightmares for MONTHS.

There was this one recurring one that took place in the woods with this dude laying on a hospital bed attached to an IV and a nurse with her her back turned away from him. I would start to walk towards the bed and as soon as I got like a foot near them the nurse would spin around, partially turn into a wolf and start tearing into the dude! I'm fucking 24 and yet I STILL vividly remember that shit.

I've watched and read other horror type shit and apparently nothing has lived up to that fucking movie.
