My first time ever having a sleep paralysis (and didn't even know what one was). I didn't have a sleep paralysis demon or anything (or I might have at the beginning I can't remember for sure now because I get memories of various episodes blur together) I was stuck in my bed and I just had an excessive fear running through me. The fear wasn't of anything speciffic, I was just terrified. After what felt like a very long time of trying to move, I finally began to be able to move. Or so I thought. In actual fact, I was still paralyzed and was switching between being awake and and being asleep and dreaming (I don't know if I was actually awake during the dreaming parts because apparently your mind is technically awake so maybe I was just hallucinating with my eyes closed but was actually awake)

So I thought that I had finally woken, and I walked to my bedroom door that leads to the hallway, but the moment I stepped through it I was literally teleported back to my bed and paralyzed again. I again managed to eventually start moving again and I went to my door. But once again, the moment I stepped foot out the door, I was teleported back to a paralyzed position in my bed. I was extremely concerned and it took being teleported at least 5 more time before I actually stopped thinking "Yes! I'm finally awake this time" because each and every time felt so real that I thought it actually was.

I lost count how many times I was teleported back to my bed. It felt like It was lasting for eternity and I was beginning to really think that I was trapped somewhere unknown. After a very long time I began managing to get through my bedroom door into the hallway, (which made me think I was finally in the real world again) but I than opened the door to the main section of my house at the other end of the hallway and was instantly teleported back. I was stuck in that loop again for an insurmountable amount of time.

I didn't understand why this was happening.
