Phase 2
Captain America (They discover Caps body in the ice and the majority of the story is told in flashbacks with the some flipping back and forth. Red Skull in this is more of a symbol for Hyrda, no one outside Hyrda knows he's a person.
Spiderman starts doubting Norman Osborne but doesn't realise the full extent of what he is. We see him experimenting with different chemicals. End credit scene is him becoming the green goblin.
Hulk and Iron Man.
Guardians of the Galaxy
Fantastic Four they have returned from the negative zone but not a lot is spoke about in their time there.
Iron Man and Hulk
Antman begins setting up the Avengers
TV - X-Men and Thunderbolts
Phase 3
Captain America is tracking down the remainder of Hydra and discovers Red Skull who has been in hiding, Red Skull has Winter Soldier as the muscle.
Spiderman is now being hunted by Green Goblin, he loses Gwen Stacey and goes into hiding as green goblin is now setting up a rogue of villains to take down Spiderman, Spiderman goes into hiding
Fantastic Four touches more on the negative zone and Reeds attempts to go back, Doom has been missing since the end of the first one.
Iron Man is now against Norman Osborne who is trying to control the green goblin and weaponise it. Post credit scene is Norman using a black alien goo to create a new super soldier.
Antman is now searching for Spiderman. He now forms the Avengers consisting of Iron Man, Captain America, Janet himself and Spiderman
Avengers help protect Spiderman against the green goblin and the thunderbolts after defeating them it's revealed that Spiderman is a Skrull.
Guardians of the Galaxy fight off Ronan learn about the infinity stones and Thanos who plays a large roll. Ends with them coming to Earth to warn them about Thanos.
Phase 4 introduces new characters from Black Panther, Captain Marvel, Nova and Thor. They now hunt for the infinity stones but as time goes on they start hating each other. Find all the infinity stones and it is revealed that Thanos had them and created this illusion of collecting them. Thanos then fights them.
