What can Wanda to be redeemed and viewed as a hero again?

I think the main problem with Wanda as a character is that she got dozens of chances being redeemed but never used them. She had a *massive* support from the beginning, Steve basically protected her from day 1 (she became an Avenger in two seconds after she almost broke the Avengers by screwing up with their minds), even in Civil War, she was not in some direct danger. The fact Tony "locked" her in the tower was not to harm her but to deal with the fallout of her actions and negotiate.

I get that grief, especially after you are forced to kill your loved one in order to save the universe, only to see him die again after he is brought back, would make everybody go a bit nuts. I felt WV was *that* story...she enslaved the whole town, she did let them go in the end....which does not excuse what she did but she at least undid the mistake.

But she then went crazy again in MoM....

I guess it is caused by an inconsistent writing by various writers who have to fit her into the story and also that she did not have her own origin movie. But neither did Loki.....Natasha....or even Nebula, for that matter, and they turned out fine (they all did some bad things but the redemption worked). These people did have some support in that *one* person and they used it. It is arguable if that person for Loki was Thor or Mobius but he still took it.

Wanda had a bunch of people around her, was not abandonded or messed up over and over like Loki (we still don´t know what happened to him while he was with Thanso but I can imagine it was not a pleasant time) or Nebula (tortured by her "father", same as Loki...both constantly in a shadow of an older sibling who she loves and wants to be her equal and hates because the other one is constantly prefered.

I get that her parents being killed was tragic but come on...she had her brother, and she was not the only one losing people or going through a trauma, yet the others did not turn to be crazy.

Scarlet Witch in the comics is a bit all over the place, she is with or against the Avengers, depending on her mood or origin and I love that about her. But I feel they did not catch that aspect of the character well in the MCU. She is a very difficult to work with because she is very strong, probably one of the strongest characters but also has no idea about that power and doesn´t know what to do with it. I think they usually don´t know how to handle this (with many characters)
