It's a good thing to help people, but the reasons it is voted to the front page are the patronizing racial motivations. It's honestly disgusting and nauseating to see.

'the poor black person gets the white persons help' ... or 'the kind black person helps the white person who you thought he was going to hate'...

The reason why it's nauseating is because it's subtle, but obvious when recognized. All good propaganda is like this because it plays on your emotions, then when your body recognizes that it want's to protect you from brain chemical manipulation.
