Whats your biggest flex that you’ll never tell anyone?

You comment hit me hard. About 16 years ago I lost 60lbs at 5"3. It's an absolute mindfuck. My eyes/brain could not process the change at the same rate that I lost weight. I'd look in the mirror and not think I looked any different, but I'd be wearing much smaller clothing/lingere and logically I knew I must be smaller. It probably took a solid two years for my brain to catch up to my body.

A couple years ago I had to go on prednisone and gained 20 lbs in about 2 months (from 120 to 140). My brain didn't register the weight gain at the same pace. I'm not sure if it's the same for everyone, but I know for me there's absolutely this weird lag. That same lag kicked in when I went off prednisone and lost the weight.

Brains are super weird!
