What's your experience with Sleep Paralysis hallucinations?

Had problems with these for a while now, hallucinations mainly. I used to have two different types of hallucinations, one where I'd wake up in my room but think I really wasn't in my room as if the room I was in looked exactly like my room but it wasn't. I'd get up and leave my room to go to my "real" room but as soon as I'd walk out I'd realize that I was actually in my room the whole time and go back to bed. This still happens to this day though not as often. The other hallucination happens when I leave my closet door open, it's walk in so when I wake up I see a figure standing there. Sometimes I think it's a person that broke into the house, freak out for a second get up turn on the lights and leave my room for a second before I realize it's nothing. Sometimes I'm aware of what's going on and try to make it go away by sitting up and blinking my eyes to focus on it but it won't go away until I go back to sleep. I've also had some hallucinations when I'm in my apartment at college and that's really the first time I've experienced sleep paralysis. These times the figure moved across my room and I am unable to move or do anything besides lay there and watch. The most recent hallucination I had was waking up to a horrible smell and having a figure that seemed like it was a big woman standing over me yelling at me. All I was able to do was shrug my shoulders and try to sink more under my covers like a child does when they are being yelled at and when I did that it moved across my room and was gone.
