What's your favorite Zelda game and why?

Mine is a Link to the Past, which I grew up with as a kid on SNES. I can remember being at a friends birthday party when I was like, 10, and a bunch of kids had brought SNES games around for people to play. And I saw Zelda on one of the posters that came in the SNES game boxes and I was like "what's Zelda?" and someone said to me, man, you'd love Zelda. I think probably a year later I was on holiday at my Grandmas house, and the local VHS shop had SNES consoles for hire. And Zelda was there, and I was like holy crap Mum please. Anyway we got it and I got it for like a week and I got so far in that game. But back then there was no internet so you had to call Nintendo Hotline and I was calling those guys all the time they must have got sick of me. But then my little Bro accidentally deleted my file before I could get to the final boss, my god I was so upset. And the game went back to the video shop. Maybe Xmas the year after low and behold, my Grandma got me a boxed copy of Zelda. God, best present ever. Years later I sold all my SNES stuff. I kind've wish I never did. But I did get an N64 and waited and waited for Ocarina of Time to come out. At the time, I thought it was amazing, today - it looks really dated to me. But somehow, Link to the Past still looks fresh, and I still get a kick out of playing it. I think it's because it's so immediate. Whereas Oot has so many cutscenes and stuff you have to wait around. But I love the Lttp music, and also little things. Like when you're on top of the pyramid in the Dark World, the sunset in the background. It just combines with all these emotions, and its abstract. It mixes in with all your childhood memories and creates a kind've magical impression. I really hope, actually, the look of Breath of the Wild actually reminds me of that feeling - even though it is completely different. Completely different. But somehow, that feeling is in there. I hope it is.
