Where is the most miserable place to work in Chattanooga?

As an insurance company, they're predatory. They never'deny claims. Instead, they find ANY and every excuse not to pay, citing a 'need for more medical information to string along the claimant until they get frustrated and give up. Their goal is to keep as much money as they can and so they make the ability to file a claim and jump through all their hoops a marathon event for their customers.

For the person on the other end of the line getting an ear full from a claimant because the claimant is told yet again there's insufficient evidence for a claim and they must return with more medical records, it's soul crushing. After a while, you either develope sincere, untouchable apathy or wash out .

I washed out.
