Demolish the mills at the Robin Hood site and build there. Give the company’s an incentive to build on suitable land elsewhere out of the middle of the city, we don’t need fully loaded semi trucks coming in and out of the centre of town 24 hours a day. Warman road south bound can be expanded to three lanes, possibility of a 33rd St. Bridge in the future and I think Idylwyld can be expanded to the north.This would nicely tie in the north end of downtown to the south. Nothing of historical value in that area. There’s even the old unused mainline tracks that stop at 25th st which could be used for a walkway, green space,trolly...restaurants, shops, bars, patios, live music. And the best part is I live within walking distance... as do thousands of other people.
