Where's my 'Easy setting' gamer family at?

I tried to play through Skyrim on expert recently, to try and force myself to be more sneaky and cunning and take combat encounters slower... Nope, I'd either be killing enemies in one shot with barely any skill involved or I'd be thrown into a mission way above my skill level and get mowed down in a couple of arrows. It got to a point where I just had to shout "This isn't fun! Why am I doing this, this is nonsense!"

Changed it to easy after about 10 hours, and I must've spent another 100 or so on that save so far after the change. I've had far more fun arguably "Not being challenged" than I've had trying to fight the game's obtuse difficulty spikes.
