Who are the imperialistic superpowers of your world?

Very breif history, they go from the beginning of humanity's 'independance' to the present in my setting 3,000 years later.

  • After she and 8 of Bora's greatest human warriors betrayed Him at the end of the last battle of the First War, Kashmira returns to her half of humanity's largest city to think of what to do now that's she's freed humanity from the gods. After seeing humanity slowly slipping bakc to fighting among themselves, she decides she'll force them to get along. Lot's of history ensues.

  • Conquer humans living on edges of known world. Including hige fight with mongol horde expy.

  • Colonize unihabited lands and come into contact with nonhuman sentient race in south, whom they attempt to conquer but lose terribly. Eventually they're sort of absorbed.

  • more hostory, I've realised I don't want to actually write out the details so we'll skip to the good part.

After some stuff the empire is no longer the only human state. It breaks up into a lot of nation states with the one still condsidered the empire being a larger one to the east, containing the capital and descendants of the original government.

Then freaking aliens! They basically end up destroying most of humanity with three very powerful ships while all these countries struggle to fight them off. They arrived when humanity was at about 1900s era tech, but after only 10 years of desperate on and off fighting they manage to kill all of them, and have advanced more than 100 years tech wise. The empireish state was basically the only one left and ended up recolonizing their planet, and first time colonizing the rest of their system which is full of life similar to their own, not sentient though, for reasons that are too complicated to explain right now.

Then they go do intergalactic imperialism and humanocentrism stuff.
