Whole30 Social Media Frustrations

I agree! They should list the plate requirements in the rules. I was surprised to see it for the first time on a FB post.

I am still considering doing my first round and see reports of people disappointed by their low/no weight loss. I wonder how many didn’t follow the plate rules.

Plus, after watching and reading social media, it would seem snacks are a common thing and I can see people (myself included) overdoing nuts and Lara bars. I see advice to keep snacks to a minimum or only when first starting but I haven’t found a consensus on size of snack servings and number of snacks per day. Some people would like that kind of guidance instead of just suggesting an intuitive eating-style of meal planning.
