I hope Valve makes some international storefronts for their hardware because if it follows their current physical store it looks bad for international purchasers.

3. Pricing and Payment
Charges for shipping, handling and domestic sales tax may not be included in displayed prices for Goods but will be displayed during the purchase process. Shipping and handling charges displayed at the Valve Store may or may not reflect the actual charges paid by Valve. For international orders, all any local taxes (including sales and use taxes and value added taxes), customs duties, and other dues imposed by your country of residence are not included in prices displayed on the Valve Store and will be your responsibility to pay in addition to the price you pay to Valve. .
