A moderator for r/TikTokCringe banned a user for the comments you see in red at the bottom of the image. The user responded to his ban message by saying "Hellloooo", as seen in the upper left. The moderator then sent a series of troll messages back that quoted a Pink Floyd song. In response, the banned user reported the moderator to the admins for harassment. The admins responded by suspending the moderator for 7 days.

And as an aside for anyone wondering why this image with usernames was allowed, it's because it was posted by a mod of r/TikTokCringe (and r/Cringetopia). Presumably he and his subs are okay with the visibility of these usernames if he willingly posted to WRD.
