WotM Supercharge Mechanic

so which is it, you have no communication, or you do have communication? you realize that single cannon switcher means that the only communication that needs to be done is which side doesn't have empowered, literally the same information of "empowered left/right/mid" is called once empowement is given in both strategy's, and whichever side has doubled the cannon guy just has to go to the side that doesn't have empowerment.

I said the empowered people don't need to communicate. Like, with eachother. Also that whole thing you wrote is one sentence and very hard to understand. And yes - I do understand that (although, saying empowered ____ is the same thing as calling which side doesn't have empowered, so let's just cancel that out).

that's literally at least 3 people switching and shuffling right there, I'll agree that it means it comes down to the throwers instead of empowered, but the third thrower still needs to know which side he has to go to, and i've been in plenty of groups where people are yelling "hey bomb on x, someone pick it up!" and none of the throwers seem to be paying attention.

Yes, the guys with the cannons have to move. That's true no matter what. It's just that in this case, they're also the guys with empowered moving to where they need to go.

not only does each person have to think they are/aren't cannon holder that round, they also have to be actively aware of if they have to move or not depending on the empowerment situation. your worse case has more people shuffling locations than the double empowered cannon shifts. that's such a more complicated strategy, and all it takes is for a non empowered to make the mistake of picking up the cannon for you to have an added headache of now shifting another guy because that guy is now locked out.

Wrong. So wrong. So, fucking, wrong.

your worse case has more people shuffling locations than the double empowered cannon shifts.

Okay, so no matter what strategy, 3 people are leaving their platforms with cannons and going to another platform. It's just happening no matter what. In my strategy, those 3 people are moving once. They move to where they kill the servitor, and they sit there. Then in "worst case scenario", one guy from the no empower side goes to the double empower side. So that's 4 people moving. In your strategy (I'm assuming it's empowered people throw bombs, with double empowered the cannon guy just switches), you have 3 people again leaving platforms with cannons, but empowered cannon guy who was on the double side is not necessarily going to his correct platform to kill a servitor. This means you have 3 people moving, and one person potentially moving again. **Also, you end up with 3 people in one spot, 2 in another, 1 in another. Not a huge deal, but it's a difference.

These are essentially just the inverse of one another. One isn't "harder" than the other, you're just making it be the person throwing swapping instead of the person empowered. Personally, and let me just quote your condescending shitpost here,

I fail to grasp how you can't see this.

I will stand by the fact that 99% of the time when fuck ups happen, it's on someone empowered not being in the right place. I'd rather remedy the most major issue.
