I did the world quest and have successfully removed the rain. Thanks for the upvotes and tips :) I can't believe it got over 1K. The video is pretty silly I know, I probably should've just been utilizing Diona's shield. While it was happening I just kept thinking: Lumine is probably pissed she has to keep on hearing Teppei give her a hard time even though its not her fault, but instead a certain someone in the party. Though now that the rain is gone, as much as it gave me a hard time, I feel as if there's something missing now whenever I walk around on Yashiori island. I'm really going to miss the Shogun's lighting bombardment. The cutscenes on Yashiori were quite shocking with it. ;) The world quest was pretty funny too, I got hammered while I was talking to Kaji and while I was turning in the items needed at one of the quest shrines. Reading some people's experiences with it, wow it can be pretty brutal. That lighting was truly something...
