Lol. There is no way Amazon customer support is going to be of any help regarding this issue. It’s why I always tell people to never buy an EUC from there. You will most likely be left out to dry if there is ever a need to get service or parts.

The past year has honestly made me lose all confidence in inmotion. The V12 had that nasty cutout issue that took over 6 months to resolve, and now recent v11’s have been having all sorts of issues. The V11 has been in production for well over 2 years, there really isn’t a good excuse as to why it’s having so many issues lately. I don’t understand how anybody could look at inmotions track record over the past year and still be excited about the V13.
