If Zach goes out and says that even just a drop of alcohol is a trigger for his pains and he's stopped drinking completley because of that, then fine, Good! All the more power to him. But truth is, he's pretty open about his disease and most of his food-issues, all the while he's never actually given a reason for not drinking.

And most people can take a little bit of alcohol without causing big harm, even people with autoimmune stuff, so what I'm saying is I think it's dumb to put strict dietary rules on yourself unless it's really necessary, and we don't know that it is for him. For all we know he could've stopped drinking because Maggie told him!
