Right now it's a hard time to do that I'd say. Components are running short, and prices of some used bikes went up too. Even on my favorite website, which is Deporvillage.com(don't know if it's worldwide available) things are no good. This, or you may consider looking into some used deals on websites like Ebay, Facebook(or some marketplace sites in your country) where you can get sometimes the part you need at a fraction of the price. For example I got from a guy who lives 6 miles away from me a pair of brand new Dura Ace 9000 brakes for just 80€(190-200€ is the price you get online). However I can't tell you anything about frames(never bought one online). personally I would be more inclined to get to try it first, instead of blindly buying something that may end up being uncomfortable or worse. Especially since it's the most important part for a bike
