Zigbee & Z-wave hubs

I actually looked at it. I read a review about it that said it was a little difficult to understand if that makes sense.

By "it" I'm assuming Hubitat? Yes, there's a fair bit to learn with it. Not every Z-wave or ZigBee device is compatible (maybe HALF as many as with ZwaveJS+ZigBee2MQTT, at best). And out of the ones that are compatible, probably half of those require digging up some "device handler" off a forum page in order to get it working.

It's a lot easier just spinning up a Docker on a Pi for ZwaveJS-UI and ZigBee2MQTT, to be honest. And more stuff works with them, and a TON, and I mean a SHITTON more works just out of the box, no "device handlers" needed.
