You are entitled to defend yourself your home your loved ones and your property.

Would you just stand by after a kid swerved in front of your wife's car and threw a snake at her, then continued to harass her through the car window? Would you try to talk to the kid while he mocked you, knowing you "can't" do anything because he's a kid? Would you call his parents who are openly saying their child did nothing wrong? Would you call the police who have already been called on these kids multiple time s and nothing has come of it?

There comes a time when you need to take matters into your own hands, no mater who it is that is harassing you. And by the way it's not clear from the video, but these kids travel in gangs and even at 12-13 years old can easily overpower a small woman.
