100 mg nifoxipam

For what it's worth, and I'm sorry that as a ~person of science~ I don't have actual evidence to back this up (to my knowledge), but anecdotally I have found that even when cutting back doses after building up a hefty tolerance, your body is not as horribly unforgiving about returning to higher doses of benzos the way that it would be in, say, this same scenario but with opioids (in which case: bye, opioid-doser). Benzos in general are, for all intents and purposes, way more benign, at least in terms of not doing major organ damage or killing you in overdose, as long as there are not any co-ingested substances.

That said, 100 mg is still a heroic fucking dose, so do be prepared for the worst. I understand your reservations about going to the hospital, but it may come down to that if shit gets really bad. However, hospitals aren't super keen on giving benzodiazepine antagonists (flumazenil) in overdose due to the potential for precipitated withdrawals -- and seizures aren't good. They usually provide supportive care (including manual respiratory support, if needed), monitor your vitals, and flush the hell out of your body with IV fluids to help process the drug and just let your body do its thing until you're in the clear. But nothing short of that very dedicated medical intervention and observation gives any drug overdose victim better odds.

I heard about a cat that was given 100x the calculated dose of pre-surgical midazolam because apparently someone was really good at their job. Was in hospital for a few days with exactly the kind of medical support that I explained up there, but eventually was discharged and recovered just fine. And yes, I am actually talking about a cat, not using bullshit SWIM doublespeak. But mammalian bodies are remarkably similar in situations like these. I just realized that I am mostly spouting out nonsense at this point, so we'll go back to you:

You said maybe some kratom too. How long ago? Plain leaf, or something else? How much kratom?
