Prices are in CAD so it'll be a bit cheaper converted to USD.
Going off of what I've gathered through the subreddit /r/buildapc I think this is a decent build for your needs, maybe even a bit overkill.
It gives you the ability to overclock if you so choose, but don't know how well or how easy it will be.
Best advice I can give is to do some research on parts you think you'll like, and then look at cheaper alternatives.
