$1100 build i suggested got down voted to oblivion,where did i go wrong ?

This build is better than both. Make note, pcpartpicker is not pulling price data for the mobo but it is generally $135. This build uses a Skylake xenon with similar specs to the I7 but it can be overclocked with the recomended mobo.
