Hey guys! I am facing this unusual issue with C.BALLADA aka GUARDIOLA that whenever I am changing my tactics to “DEFENSIVE”, my new players that I have got recently (within few weeks) who are already at 100% FAMILIARITY, their familiarity level drops which eventually drops the TEAM SPIRIT. I have another manager “JOACHIM LOW” with whom I also play a lot. But this is not the case there. Only with Ballada.

Maybe, it might fix if I play consistently with my new players under defensive tactics of Ballada ( I haven’t tried it though), but why is this happening in the first place. I don’t think it was an issue before.

Is this a bug or something? Can anyone clarify, what’s the actual issue?
