Yea they have a seat with UVB light underneath. You go for 3months. Pretty sure you would get full body UVB too.

For eyelids never steroids. They should have given u tarcolimus for the face. Dr would give 0.03%. Dermatologist gives 0.1%. The 3 didn’t do anything for me.
