Rise of Doom and their Purgation album which is an almost perfect -core album. There's so much going on and it sounds very innovative to me while being extremely loyal to the genre. Extra catchy and extra heavy. It manages to feel so cohesive while also having lots of variety.

Instilled in Me released an album called The Shape of Life that truly nails the classic melodic metalcore vibe while also feeling so fresh, it's such a shame it's almost impossible to find on the internet.

One Last Hero, obscure trancecore band which on my opinion sounded better than anything Enter Shikari has done.

In Dying Arms, basically deathcore with clean vocals. I think they're making a comeback.
