Hi there. I might be keen to vacate my room if you're interested. It's $270 a week with $20 expenses for shared utilities and flat items like washing powder, toilet paper etc. I'm a student and the cost is a little bit too high for me, so I will probably be leaving when the lease ends in February. The other flatmates may wish to stay on.

As for the room, it's an apartment at the end of Cuba St, the main culture center of Wellington and is an easy walk to pretty much everywhere in the central suburbs yet is out of the way enough that is quite quiet. It's modern, warm and dry with all expected whiteware. The room is about 4x3 meters with a large closet. Here are some photos of the room. My main reason for leaving is I'm spending a couple months overseas next year and it would probably be easier for me to just find somewhere else when I come back :)
