Teachers remember to turn off your alarms for tomorrow. No need to get up so early. <3

Saw this and can't help but throw in a mini rant from the safety of anonymity.

As a teacher I've been stepped out, called a virgin, told I'm a loser teacher, had things thrown at me, had my name screamed down the hallway repeatedly , told to go fuck myself, repeatedly had kids knock on my door and run, had my door kicked in while teaching. And that's just this year so far.

Most of this has been done by students hiding behind anonymity and so I've essentially been told that unless I can ID the kid, bad luck.

I have found success in this profession but after a few years in the profession, I'm starting to think this job is not worth it when I can get a 75k industry job tomorrow. Any teachers/students have some rationale for me to stay or should I quit?
