I had a inspection at a place in Auckland. I was really sick with the flu, she arrived without telling me then demanded to be let in and proceeded to shout at me like a child for not cleaning all of the mould that formed everywhere because the house was a shit hole. Took me a few mins of trying to explain before I completely lost my shit, told her to leave while she can still walk. Cops shows up and told me you can't threaten someone (fair enough) . Even though the day before my neighbour on the shared driveway blocked me from getting to my house and threatened to stab me with a 6 inch kitchen knife he had because im a fucking pom, called the cops n they said that's a civil matter we can't do anything, so I said "ok I'm going to get my machete to defend myself" . Then low and behold they show up within 10 mins and threaten to arrest me. Grew up in the center of Manchester so don't know if my accent make me sound agro but man, I've lived in the us, England, Canada but kiwis in my experience have been the most closed minded, racist people I've experienced. And breathe......
