Yeah because I’ve done my research into just about all of this and am looking for anyone who has insight of what else possibly can work,

I have extreme diet discipline and hit all my macros even though carbs don’t matter literally. I train extremely hard 5 days a week and hit every muscle group consistently for 9 months. And I asked about anabolic under a medical professionals supervision meaning prescribed it? And everyone here reads it as me going the black market route? Lmao no one fucking reads here.

I’ve gotten asked at my gym if I’m a personal trainer, I’m doing something right at that point. I come here asking why I can’t just get rid of that extra 5% and just get met with a cesspool of crap from majority of people in the comments. Only a few people here have actually put foreword sound advice
