Does bodyfat go away 100% evenly?

For everyone the body fat distribution is quite even. For example if say your arms are 15% your back will be around the same range give or take 1-2%. Also when cutting your body fat will go away almost evenly.

However when people refer to someone as having atypical body fat distribution they refer to the amount of visceral fat to the amount of subcutaneous fat. But having an abnormal ratio between the two is rare.

For example I have an abnormal ratio between the two and although I am about 16% body fat I have calf veins, slightly striated shoulders and a somewhat visible abdominal muscle without flexing. However when I cut further and I go from 16% to 12%, even though I lose about 4 kg of fat I don't look that different cause most of the fat lost is visceral and not subcutaneous. And from 12% to 8% I look like most people. So the fat loss is happening evenly however cause of the difference between the two types of body fat
