Well it’s an issue when the reps can’t access your account. I worked in 3rd party for a major dealer before switching to corporate so I already know it’s not possible. I already know people will try anyways but I’m just giving a friendly heads up. If they wanna buy a phone directly from Apple or Samsung that’s fine they’ll still have to take it to a corporate store that won’t change. Best Buy Reps will have to either call care or send them to a corporate store. I even had corporate employees arguing with me when I told them we couldn’t touch there account. A message pops up telling us it’s an employee account
