Well, 12x XP is coming back from May 4th until sometime in the Fall. Last time we had 12x XP, this also counted towards any legacy xp gained. So it will take you a much shorter time to level a new legacy. Also, while i haven't checked them out yet, there are supposed to be a lot of new QoL updates coming out like reduced cooldowns on QT, all speeder points unlocked upon arriving a planet, etc which will allow you to level faster and make it easier to go back to your trainer after leveling. All abilities are also free to train now, so I've noticed you end up with a lot more credits while leveling. So, to directly answer your points, i'll say this: 26 million is a lot of credits to lose, but you will get a lot more now then you would have in the past from leveling, and you should have a decent amount before too long. The 12x XP boost should help you level your legacy back up, although it might just be for subs, i'm not 100% on that. Also, they have the xp boosts you can buy either from the CM or from the GTN, which you could use instead of relying on the xp boost from legacy. If you want a new holostatue, the Darth Malgus and Satele Shan statues can be bought on the GTN, but I'm sure they're quite expensive by now. Your best bet will be to enjoy the new reduced cooldowns we've been given for QT and fleetpass to go back to your trainer after leveling. The inventory and cargo hold unlocks are just something you'll have to buy again, although this can be done via cartel coins either per toon or legacy wide, if you're willing to do that. Any thing you had in collections, obviously you would have to unlock again. I would recommend buying a cheap CM 136 crystal for whatever stat you need as soon as you can, just for the +41 stat. The uglier crystals aren't too expensive and they all only require level 10. But, overall, I don't think there is anything too terrible about losing your legacy 50. If leveling is what you enjoy then you should be fine.
