Bullshit! It's all about balancing activities or food. Over indulgence on non-healthy food , porn , video games , movies or digital entertainment is not healthy. Too much of anything is bad. Your post encourages to abstain from them which IMO is wrong. Do you want to be that boring dude in a party?

I eat clean throughout the week , go on a month or so without porn , I don't play video games & do not watch TV or digital entertainment at home. I spend my free time on either socializing ,reading\learning or fucking. But occasionally , once in two weeks , I will eat out at a good restaurant (Not junk food - haven't eaten junk food for over a year and a half now) . Once in two week I will go out & watch a movie in the cinema.I have dropped out sugar for over 2 years but ocassionally during brunch (1 time every 3 months) I will over indulge in sweets\desserts. With regards to Porn this weekend I jacked out twice (Friday & Saturday) because I didnt feel like going out due to fatigue\depression due to overtraining. The fatigue was from hitting a PR dead lift & squat 1.75x my bodyweight ( I weigh 80KGS\176) & finally dead-lifted & squat 140KGS\308LBS) . Should I stop all this?

I do listen to music at the gym & my ride to\from work. Just ask yourself : would chad give a fuck about cutting out all this shit? NO .
