All Muslim parents should be more careful with how they raise their children. I wouldn't blame the girl entirely but I'd blame the parents as well. They failed to raise her with right values and probably raised her abusively or way too much like a baby princess. I personally think these factors make the kid either rebellious or way too complacent thinking that they can do anything.
