Nikko Jenkins, and the reason why Nebraskans voted to bring back the death penalty. People in Nebraska wanted Nikko to die so bad and were upset that they couldn't because just a few years earlier, Nebraskans voted to get rid of the death penalty. Got a small segment on the Larry Wilmore show for being a state that was 'Not Cray Cray' for it.

Nikko on the other hand was not able to be put to death. He also scarred up his own face while in prison, as to claim a defense of insanity. That didn't work either. His sister was also part of his murderous crime spree and is also in prison for the rest of her life.

Several people at the martial arts gym I went to, knew the brother of the last victim of Nikko's. She was killed after a suspected altercation on the road with Nikko. She left behind, if I remember right, 3 young children and her husband.
