Always watch where your exhaust is pointed

Most parts I don't care, in fact I will tell people they can save money by ordering online. The issue is that we are judged by how much we sell. A portion of my paycheck depends on it. If I make my numbers it can mean an extra $150 a month for me.

A battery sale is usually at least $150 for the day and I'll do four or five a day. I'll also have to install four or five a day. That takes me off of the counter and I don't get sales for those 10-30 minutes. It's cool, because that $150 makes up for it.

I don't get credit for online sales, no one does except for the store as a whole and the only person that makes a bonus for the store making goal is the GM. When you buy a $150 battery online, pay $100 for it, then pull me off the counter to install it for you, yeah, I'm gunna get annoyed. It's not your fault. The company needs to make it so if I pick up your order I get some or all the credit for it. For me to make my numbers, I have to sell roughly $1200-$1500 a day depending on how many hours I work. That means I have to spend as much time on the counter as possible getting credit for sales.
