Hello everyone, I live in Belgium and try to stream The Division since 6 months and my viewers says that my stream is buffering for some of them (half of them).

My setup (XSPLIT):

• Bitrate : 2400kbps

• VBV : 2600

• Resolution: 540p 60 fps

• Mode: CBR

• Keyframe: 2ms

• Fade: 700ms

• Audio: 96kbps stereo

• Encoder preset: fast (1pc setup) - Medium (2pc setup)

• Server: Amsterdam-NL (12ms) - I tried Paris-FR (22ms) - both around 2,20ms jitter

I try to keep the best quality since it's a fps. I used several setting to see which is the best:

• Bitrate: 1900kbps - Stream is horrible and still buffering for viewers

• Bitrate: 3200kbps - 720p 60fps and 540p 60 fps - Still buffering for viewers

• Bitrate 1600kbps - 540p 60fps - still buffering for viewers

• I tried 1 pc setup and 2 pc setup - still buffering.

My ISP: Voo (D: 150000 kbps - U: 8000kbps) Twitch link: twitch.tv/I_am_glenn_tv

I used inspector twitch tools and everything is good, pop out chat windows, I watched my past broadcast and no lags/buffering too. I asked some of my friends to watch and they said every 5s it's buffering.

I am desperate because I read EVERY topics about the subject, I tried alot of settings and still not working so I will give a last shot to post here on reddit then if nobody can help I am done with it :(
