I am outraged by AT&T's new "No Cable Fee", who do I contact about this unethical business process?

I had a job where I handled the BBB complaints. Basically the BBB has a role but it's not to fight for the consumer or to hold business accountable for anything. The worst the BBB can do is give the business a bad grade. Basically the BBB acts as an intermediary, their role is take your complaint, forward it to the business and then give you the response the business provided. If they feel the business should take a certain action then they can make a recommendation but not not require the business to do anything. If the business does not provide a satisfactory response or does not respond at all then it can affect the the BBB grade (say go from an A to a B). Other than that, they don't really do anything. A better option is to file a complaint with your states attorney general.

Pasting my response about this from a earlier comment. The BBB while not what people, is a bit more useful than yelp.
