Something done about:

Being expected to call home. I’m not an attendance secretary. If an upperclassman doesn’t show up, there’s really not much I can do.

Not being able to take time off around the holidays without penalty. I’m pissed my union capitulated on the issue.

In education:

Being expected to make material interesting and engaging when I teach k-3 content to high schoolers who are way behind academically. There’s really no way to make material for K-2 interesting to 16+ year olds.

Being blamed for lazy apathetic high schoolers who have to be babied to do anything.

Everything is my fault because of the BuT DiD YoU HaVe a ReLaTiOnShIp mentality that admin pushes.
