Need help with this problem student.

I will play devil advocate here as well. Someone may have taught him that and he didn’t know any better. For example when I was in elementary school but in an after school program with kids in middle school, we watched the original Hocus Pocus. In it they talk about the black flame candle needing to be lite by a virgin to set off the spell. Afterwards some of the older boys were snickering asking us girls if we were virgins. I didn’t know what it meant so I asked one of the adult supervisors who told me it meant that you weren’t married. The next day I asked one of the younger male adult supervisors if he was a virgin because I wanted to know if he had a wife and had my parents called, was yelled at, mortified etc. thank god they wouldn’t have thought to call the police on me for sexual harassment back then. I think this should be dealt with, mainly because if a kid that age does know what that means and is learning it outside of school that can be an indication of some type of abuse, and if he doesn’t know and just thinks it’s something adults get uncomfortable and laugh at when he says, he definitely doesn’t deserve having the police called about him being a sexual harasser at this age. I can see that as a great way to turn him into a 100% woman HATER from then on.
