The amount of guilds stuck at 3/10M. Why?

I don't like your argument. How am I supposed to prove that I'm better than everyone else if I don't have a lot of difficult video game fights that they can't beat and I can?

In seriousness - arrogant douchebags notwithstanding, if there are tons of guilds getting stuck at this precise stage, that seems like a problem with the difficulty curve than the overall difficulty. It's totally okay (and desirable) to have an uber-hard mode that most people will never complete, but it's not a good thing to have a bunch of comparatively easy fights followed by a brick wall of pain. It's pointlessly frustrating to people who can't beat the later fights (and damages the epeens of those who can), and if you're a good-but-not-great player, it kind of sucks to not have anything at your ideal challenge level. If you have a smooth difficulty curve, there's something for everyone; most people are still going to hit their limit sooner or later, but not as a random jarring punch in the face.

Bear in mind that I'm a very recently returning player, so I don't actually have experience with this raid tier - but I've seen the same kind of all-around discontent with sudden difficulty spikes in old expansions other games.
