Because fat people didn't exist until after 1970

So… that makes people fat? If people are so broke they use credit cards 24/7… you would think they’d eat less… Weight loss is simple: consume less calories than you burn. It’s really that simple. Cottage cheese is $4 for 8oz. Eat half that container for breakfast. And a 50 cent banana. Lunch? An apple, it’s 75cents and 2tbsp peanut butter (from a container that costs $6 for 2lbs). Boom!! $2.00 for lunch. Dinner? 1 cup cooked rice. Also about 50 cents. Add an egg ( even with inflation) about 25-75 cents each and some saltine crackers… about $3 for a whole box!! Drink water from the tap… it’s included in your water bill. So almost free. You’re whole days food? Around $16-20 TOTAL!! If you eat less, you will lose weight. And use credit cards less. Why? You spend less on groceries. Even if you live paycheck to paycheck. It’s not hard. It’s just not sexy or fun. That why we wanna blame poverty for obesity.

We’ve normalized obesity to a level of extreme unhealthiness.

The days food intake I suggested is extreme and not necessarily the healthiest choices… but if a person ate on that budget for a month… weight loss and credit card usage would definitely improve on both counts. And yes… kids can eat like that to. Picky eaters will eventually come around and eat what’s served. Why? They get hungry. And eat what’s served. If not? They don’t get fat either. I’ve been broke af in my life. I’ve always been able to walk/jog/run for FREE outside. Inside too.

It’s a matter of priority. And we can see what’s a priority for most people on this one.
