Anti-Brexit Protesters in London

The FTSE 350 is more valuable than it was two weeks ago.

The pound is only worth 4% less than it was on 29 February 2016.

Osbourne has said they'll be no emergency budget.

Four of the top five richest countries in Europe aren't in the EU: Monaco, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. The UK is the fifth biggest economy in the world, with way more leverage than all of those countries combined. We're the EU's largest export market, it'd be absolute madness for them to start a trade war with us. The EU and its member states aren't going to cut off their nose to spite their face. The EU is a lobbyists bonanza.

People think the EU will "make an example of us" to discourage other countries from leaving, but that will only make them more unpopular.

Scotland won't secede anytime soon - look at the price of oil. They wouldn't meet EU admission requirements on budget deficits, they'd be looking at sado-austerity. Spain would veto their entrance to discourage domestic separatist movements. Besides, 1.6m remain votes don't cancel out 2m NO votes.

Too many unionists/loyalists for a United Ireland, you'd risk flairing up the Troubles. NI is poor and RoI is rich, it'd cost RoI too much anyway.

Gibraltar is going to now vote for what? Independence? Becoming part of the basketcase that is Spain? It's only a BOT anyway, it's only significance is as a military base. They'll be some agreement for free movement with Spain.

We'll end up with exactly what we had before, minus free movement of labour. Canada has a free trade deal with the EU, but no free movement of labour. The overall effect on our economy with be negligible.
